Half Round Ridge

Here at Willow Tiles, we use traditional hand operated moulds to make the profile of our Half  Round Ridge.

Once made they are taken out of the mould and placed in the formers to dry.  This then gives the clay its shape and they are left to dry naturally for 7-10  days. Each part of the operation ensures the individuality of each piece.

Willow Tiles Half Round Ridge Handmade Tiles are formed to give an aged appearance, making them  suitable for barn conversions, listed buildings and new build homes.
